Dulu kita makan sehat, hampir tidak membuat kita berselera. Berbeda dengan kasus hari ini. Oatmeal (oatmeal) juga bisa "di dandani", tidak hanya dibuat menjadi bubur seperti jaman dulu, tapi bisa dicampurkan ke dalam berbagai masakan. Sajian kita yang mudah dan praktis kali ini adalah membuat BAK UDANG OATMEAL. Lengkap dengan sayuran dan ternyata udang dan oatmeal bisa di jadikan bakso lho…..enak sekali…..selamat mencoba…..

Bahan:
200 gr udang sedang kupas
85 gr havermut
1 sdm bawang putih bubuk
1 sdt garam

Haluskan :
6 bawang merah diiris (6 shallots, chopped)
3 bawang putih diiris (3 garlic clove, chopped)
1 ruas jahe (1 segment ginger)
2 ruas kunyit (2 segment turmeric)

2 cabe hijau (2 green chili, chopped)
1 daun bawang dirajang (1 green onion /scallion, chopped)
1 lembar sereh
1 buah wortel diiris (1 carrot, sliced)
1 buah tomat diiris (1 tomato, sliced)
500 ml air
4 sdm susu bubuk / skim / fibercream
1 butir telur ( 1 chicken egg)

1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt

Grind:
6 shallots, chopped
3 garlic clove, chopped
1 segment ginger
2 segment turmeric

2 green chili, chopped
1 green onion /scallion, chopped
1 tomato, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
500 ml water
4 tbsp milk powder/ skim powder/fibercream
1 chicken egg
1 lemongrass
2 bay leaves
