00:00 here the star of a new Lifetime movie called The Neighbors Are Watching.

00:05 I love the title of this. So tell us about it and how you got the part. Sure

00:11 yes so the movie is is a thriller on Lifetime and so a lot of twists and

00:16 turns a lot of psychological elements to it and and so I started acting

00:23 fairly recently and when I got the so I have a great agent that I work with I'm

00:29 based out of Atlanta which is really kind of blown up in the in the movie

00:33 industry. And so I got I got the script and I got the audition and I

00:38 said for the lead and I thought you know there's usually a few steps before I get

00:42 to this point so I almost thought they were joking. And so I so you know I

00:48 read for it I gave it my all just thinking well maybe I can land a smaller

00:51 part of a like this. Landed it and yeah just was blown away and yeah. Okay so

00:57 just for the background here you work in real estate right in Huntington. Yes.

01:02 Huntington area in real estate you sell houses. Yeah. So you're a guy who sells

01:06 houses for a living that's that's your day job. Yeah. You decide just kind of on

01:10 a whim you know I'd really like to take some acting classes and see what happens.

01:13 Yeah. And this happened I mean it's just like an unbelievable story when we heard

01:18 about this it just. That could be a movie. It just blew us away. Yeah I was it was

01:23 two years ago I real estate has really started picking up I was working full

01:27 time at Marshall University I was teaching political science at a

01:30 different university I was refereeing college basketball and I had a one-year

01:34 old daughter at home. Oh my. And I thought this would be the time right. Yeah. I was the busiest I could have been but I was on the way to to an

01:43 appointment to show a house and I just thought let me YouTube this because you

01:46 can YouTube anything now. Uh-huh. And yeah training which was made available because

01:51 how COVID really transitioned everything. Right. So online I could train with

01:55 people all over the world and I took it very seriously and now I get to audition

02:00 from home which is kind of new because of that I record myself send it in and

02:05 yeah. Yeah. It's amazing. It's an absolutely amazing thing now this this

02:09 movie that's coming up talk about where people can see it Lifetime. Lifetime 8

02:13 p.m. this Sunday and yeah we we shot back in April and I've been waiting for

02:20 it I don't know if I still want to watch it myself because it's you know. Biggie

02:23 nervous. But yeah it's it's here finally. Yeah. Yeah. It's so exciting. Did you do acting in

02:29 high school and everything like that? No I've never been on the stage nothing and

02:32 so now you know a year in I've done a few commercials national commercials I

02:37 have a couple of other movies in addition to this that are about to come

02:40 out and so including a local one Redhead which is a very fun slasher type. Yeah.

02:47 And that's coming out at the end of the month too. This is amazing. Blown away one of

02:52 those big surprises that yeah this guy he's gonna be acting okay yeah here's

02:56 your lead role. Bang. But that's a good philosophy. Go for it try things. Well
