Criticker Update: Keep a Movie and TV Journal

We are excited to unveil a highly-anticipated feature at Criticker: the ability to log and monitor the dates when you watch a movie. Starting today, you can now set a "Watch Date" each time you rate a film. Additionally, we've introduced a personalized Journal where you can easily manage and edit all your watch dates, complete with the option to filter them by month or year.

Understanding that many of our users who've longed for this feature have amassed hundreds, or even thousands, of movie ratings on Criticker, we're also introducing a couple of methods to help you seamlessly integrate the new Watch Date feature into your experience.

Criticker to Criticker Import - Have you ever wondered why we allowed imports from IMDB and Letterboxd but not from Criticker itself? Well, wonder no more! We've addressed that gap, allowing you to export your Criticker ratings, adjust Watch Dates (or ratings, or reviews) in your preferred application, and then import them back into the site.

Sync Watch Date to Rating Date - If you're eager to get started quickly or tend to rate a movie immediately after watching it, you'll love this new feature. It synchronizes your watch dates with your rating dates, automatically bypassing entries that already have a watch date set. You can access this feature on the resources page.
