00:29 So the game stays just under.

00:31 Steelers win outright as the dog.

00:34 What'd you take away from Southern California on Sunday?

00:37 - Steelers have the most farce forward

00:40 to record in the league.

00:41 It's not a good football team at all

00:43 by any stretch of the imagination.

00:45 And what happened in that game in the fourth quarter

00:48 was one of the more gross officiating things

00:51 that I can remember.

00:52 And it's just an absolute crime

00:57 that the NFL refuses to address this stuff.

01:04 I wanna watch the NFL get it so wrong every week.

01:08 Kenny Pickett did not get that first down.

01:11 Kenny Pickett did not even come close

01:13 to getting that first down.

01:14 And I get it.

01:15 Sean McVay used his timeouts,

01:16 didn't have one to do a challenge outside of two minutes.

01:19 I understand that.

01:20 That's not the issue.

01:22 Clearly within three seconds of the play,

01:24 we got multiple views of Kenny Pickett's knee

01:26 going down way short of the mark.

01:29 And nobody from New York decides to go,

01:31 "Hey, guess what?

01:33 "You guys missed that.

01:34 "We see it here in the command center.

01:36 "You need to go fix that and get it right."

01:39 And he didn't convert on the fourth down.

01:41 It's the Rams ball.

01:43 I mean, yes, you can say,

01:44 "Well, the Rams minus three."

01:45 Damn right I was.

01:46 That's not the issue.

01:48 Because even if they convert it,

01:49 there's no guarantee that the Rams

01:51 go down the field and score a touchdown.

01:52 And then go ahead and win it and cover in overtime.

01:55 None of that is guaranteed.

01:56 So that has nothing to do with this.

01:57 It has everything to do with that

01:58 everybody who watched that game in America

02:00 saw Kenny Pickett's knee fall short of the line,

02:02 and the ball land short of the line,

02:04 and the official missed it,

02:05 and nobody bothered to correct it.

02:07 And the idea that a booth review

02:09 at a critical moment in the game wasn't warranted there

02:12 is also rather disgusting by the NFL.

02:14 And they don't care, and they don't have to fix it.

02:17 You wanna know why they don't have to fix it?

02:18 Because every single one of us

02:19 will tune in and watch next week.

02:21 And that's our problem.

02:22 It does not matter how bad the officiating is.

02:25 We will show up and watch next week.

02:27 We'll show up and watch the following week.

02:29 We'll show up and watch the next season,

02:30 and the season after that, for time infinitum.

02:34 I don't know what to tell you.

02:36 The NFL is grossly wrong for not correcting these calls

02:40 all the time and getting it right.

02:43 I don't care if the officials' feelings are hurt.

02:45 I don't care if it's a bad look.

02:47 All I care about is getting the damn call right,

02:50 getting the game closely officiated to perfect as possible.

02:54 It's just wrong.

02:55 It's flat out wrong that nobody bothered,

02:58 that even the official on the field went,

02:59 "You know, there might be a view here we need to see.

03:02 "Let's just go take a look at this thing."

03:05 And how somebody above, where the official scorebox is,

03:08 that's allowed them to send a note down and say,

03:10 "Let's take a review of this."

03:11 Didn't bother to do it.

03:12 It's just gross negligence.

03:14 It's disgusting.

03:15 It's bad for the league.

03:17 They don't care because it's a billion, billion,

03:19 billion dollar industry who does whatever the hell they want.

03:22 And damn be you as a fan,

03:23 certainly damn be you as a better,

03:25 if there is an issue with it.

03:27 That's what I took away from this game.
