Britney Spears Shades Ex Kevin Federline's Rap Career In New Memoir

Britney Spears reportedly pokes fun at Kevin Federline's rap career in her new memoir 'Woman In Me.'

00:00 You guys, it sounds like Britney Spears is throwing a little shade at her ex Kevin Federline

00:03 in her new memoir, and I obviously couldn't be more here for it.

00:06 So for those of you who may have forgotten, Kevin Federline and Britney Spears began dating

00:09 in 2004, and then they quickly became engaged and then married.

00:13 And then that following year in 2005 is when Kevin Federline began teasing his new rap

00:17 career.

00:18 Because I'm sure you may have also blocked that out, back in 2005 is when he released

00:22 his debut single.

00:23 It was called "Y'all Ain't Ready" and it was a part of his debut album that was called

00:27 "Playing With Fire".

00:28 Now in her memoir, Britney writes about remembering how people were very doubtful of Kevin Federline

00:33 and his rap career.

00:34 And according to a report from Us Magazine, she writes about how Kevin took it so seriously.

00:39 And then she reportedly goes on to write, quote, "Bless his heart".

00:42 Which in case you didn't know, if anyone from the South ever says "Bless your heart", that's

00:45 basically the shadiest thing that they can say.

00:47 Personally, I'm hoping Britney goes into more details about her relationship with Kevin

00:50 Federline, similar to how we know she goes into detail about her relationship with Justin

00:54 Timberlake.
