Residents of the RBLI's veterans' village, Rod and Veronica Eldridge, praise the charity's support ahead of the launch of its Centenary Village by Princess Anne.

00:00 We were lucky because Linda Smith, the manager, and Anne, who works with Linda,

00:09 they offered us a one-bedroom flat at Queen Elizabeth Court,

00:15 and that was where we started off and were very pleased to get the flat.

00:24 And slowly we've healed, haven't we?

00:30 With the love and support from our B&I, management, the carers,

00:39 Linda that does the food, and then when the new build was finished,

00:46 we were offered this flat and we've just been so loved and supported by everybody.

00:58 Catherine, oh, the maintenance guys, everybody.
