00:18 and worked really hard on over this summer block.

00:21 We want to reward performances after the USA match.

00:24 A lot of players did really well.

00:26 Delighted for Carys Cox, we want to reward her

00:28 with another opportunity in the shirt.

00:30 Plus Carys Williams comes back in on the bench

00:32 for us to cover the back three.

00:34 But the majority of it is the similar team,

00:37 growing those connections and having that opportunity

00:39 to back it up hopefully against Canada.
