大海，或許充滿冒險犯難，卻也創造歡笑與驚奇。
帶上你的故事，一同航向這片無邊無際的蔚藍吧！
生活在四面環海的島嶼，海洋對你來說代表著什麼呢？
是陪伴？是恐懼？是日常？還是召喚？

翻開記憶中大海的畫面，不論是在魚群間嬉戲玩耍，在海風吹拂下乘風破浪，在沙灘輕輕踩水踏浪，甚至遠遠凝望海水的寧靜無邊，大海正是如此多元而繽紛。大海沒有終點，在生命中不同的時刻，都能夠寫下不同的故事。

《海洋日記》紀錄影集片尾曲由Daniel Ho作曲、導演張皓然作詞，以〈帶故事流浪〉為主題，描繪孩子們面對海洋的無畏，也譜寫大海所的承載的無限想像，為影集的核心概念與孩子們的故事做了完美的總結。歌曲由影集其中三位來自墾丁南灣的小小主角演唱，並特別邀請阿努與戴曉君兩位歌者獻聲，溫暖的聲線呼應著大海的包容力，整首歌曲既是孩子與大人的對話，也是孩子與大海的對唱。
