Job description / Role
Employment: Full Time
1. Conduct site inspections to ensure that all structural elements are being built according to the design plans and specifications.
2. Review and approve structural design drawings and calculations.
3. Coordinate with the project team to ensure that all structural work is being completed on schedule and within budget.
4. Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
5. Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
6. Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve any structural issues that may arise during construction.
7. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and construction schedules.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
9. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
10. Identify and address any potential safety hazards on the construction site.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a structural engineer in the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
4. Proficient in using structural design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and ETABS.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
9. Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
10. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
11. Willingness to work on a construction site and travel to different locations.
