Queen 'put her foot down' to remove Harry and Meghan's royal titles, claims commentator

A royal commentator has claimed that the Queen had to “put her foot down” to prevent Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from keeping their royal titles when they stepped down from royal duties in March last year. The former 'Suits' star took on a royal HRH title when she married Harry in May 2018. However, the Duke and Duchess took the decision to depart from their royal responsibilities and moved to the US in March 2020.
