00:08 According to AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo Browner, the Philippine Navy Gunboat is conducting a maritime patrol

00:15 when it received a radio challenge from the ship of the China Coast Guard.

00:20 But it did not listen to our ship and just continued its mission.

00:26 General Browner added that this is clear propaganda because AFP will not allow us to leave our exclusive economic zone.

00:40 Meanwhile, National Security Council Assistant Director General Jonathan Malaya said that it is normal for the Philippines to patrol the region.
