Hacktivist groups from around the world are engaging in cyberattacks and leaking documents related to the Israel-Palestinian conflict. These attacks have targeted entities connected to Palestine or Israel, mostly through denial-of-service attacks. Hacktivist groups from Russia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Morocco, and Iran have been traced back to cyberattacks on Israel, using tactics such as sharing credentials, leaking data, launching DDoS attacks, and hijacking APIs. Digital attacks on Israel were happening before the conflict with Hamas, and Israel is the most targeted country for cyberattacks in the Middle East.
