Royal Family LIVE: Kate sends ancestry experts into frenzy with bizarre goat farmer claim
  • 7 months ago
The Duchess of Cambridge spoke out on a visit to Wales for the Feast of St David, patron saint. While visiting a goat farm in Llanvetherine, Kate told bewildered onlookers: "I was looking into my ancestry and there was someone who was a rare goat farmer." She added that the relative was alive "just after the First World War". The claim sent lineage investigators into a frenzy but they were unable to find the relative Kate was referring to. One noted: "There was only one goat breeder in the 1911 census and there are no farmers in Kate's ancestry either side of WW1."  7 mins ago07:16 Tara FairGood morning Good morning from London.
