Raghav Chadha Requested An Expedited Hearing On His Case. The Case Was Mentioned Before A Bench That Included Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma And Justice Sanjeev Narula. On October 11, The Bench Will Hear Raghav Chadha's Bungalow Case. Raghav's Legal Representative Informed The Court That A Formal Notice Had Been Served On Him And That The Eviction Process Was Underway.
