00:07 Court documents obtained by E! News on October 10th state that the former couple believe

00:13 an amicable resolution on all issues between them is forthcoming.

00:19 They've also reached a temporary custody agreement of their two daughters, including

00:24 three-year-old Willa and their 14-month-old, whose initials have been revealed as DMJ.

00:31 The temp agreement lays out how the A-listers will split time with their kids over the coming

00:36 weeks and holidays.

00:38 Sophie, who currently has the girls with her, is permitted to travel with them to the UK

00:43 from October 9th through the 21st.

00:46 When she must return to the U.S., Joe then takes the girls through November 2nd.

00:52 Later in the month, it appears Joe will take the kids for Thanksgiving, and they'll be

00:56 with Sophie for the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

01:07 E! News has reached out to reps for both parties for comment, but has not yet heard back.

01:21 According to court documents previously obtained by E! News, the Dark Phoenix star, who is

01:26 a UK citizen, alleged, quote, "wrongful retention of the children" began on or about September

01:33 20th, and said that Joe refused to return the passports to the mother and refuses to

01:39 send the children home to England with the mother.

01:42 A rep for Joe slammed the lawsuit, telling E! News if he obliged with Sophie's request,

01:49 the Jonas Brothers star would be in violation of a Florida court order.

01:57 The star's rep added at the time, "This is an unfortunate legal disagreement about a

02:01 marriage that is sadly ending," adding his only concern is the well-being of his children.
