Prince Andrew this week announced he had settled with his accuser Virginia Giuffre for an undisclosed amount and a "substantial contribution" to her charity in support of victims of abuse. The announcement renewed calls for the Duke of York to be stripped of his title after all his honourary positions and patronages were removed last month. Royal commentator Angela Levin discussed the relationship between Prince Andrew and the Queen, nothing she has not yet removed him from his position as Counsellor of State – a role under which he would be able to take decisions in case of her absence.
