On Tuesday morning, the Duke of Cambridge arrived at the Palace of Westminster to attend the State Opening of Parliament alongside his father Prince Charles. The occasion marked the first time Prince William, 39, has attended the event. The Queen was forced to pull out of the duty of reading her speech at the Houses of Parliament because she is still experiencing "episodic mobility problems".
