Fukushima releases treated radioactive water into the sea for second time.

Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant has started releasing more treated radioactive water into the ocean after the initial discharge went well. To make it less harmful, they're mixing it with seawater and sending it through an underground tunnel. This has caused protests and problems with seafood exports, especially in China and South Korea.
