Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients
50 gm Kimchi
2 cups Cooked Rice
For the sauce
1 tbsp gochujang paste
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
Other ingredients
Oil for frying
2 whisked eggs
3 tbsp chopped spring onion greens
3-4 sliced chicken sausages
Salt to taste
1 toasted nori sheet
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Fired egg for garnish
Method
1. Chop the kimchi and keep aside.
2. Next mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and keep aside.
3. Next in a kadia or wok heat oil and fry and scramble the egg, remove once cooked and keep it aside.
4. In the same kadia heat some more oil and fry the spring onions and sausages for a few seconds, then add the kimchi, prepared sauce and stir fry for 1 min.
5. Next add the rice, eggs and toss well on high heat. check the seasoning and serve hot with fried egg on top .
