00:49 Both powertrains provided plenty of thrust and were matched with smart transmissions.

00:53 And off-road, the power wagon was unstoppable.

00:56 The locking differentials and anti-roll bar disconnect helped it conquer every obstacle we threw at it.

01:05 In short, the Rams were the kings of the dam.

01:09 The power wagon's soft suspension limits its max tow rating,

01:12 but even with our 7,750-pound trailer, it outdragged most of the competition in the frustration test.

01:20 The Dually, with 1,000-pound feet of torque, yoked to a near 18,000-pound trailer,

01:25 the 3,500 HD was confidence-inspiring.

01:28 The engine was relaxed, the steering maintained good weighting,

01:31 and the exhaust brake moderated downhill speed.
