00:28 The Khalistan graffiti was seen outside a government office in the Kangra district of Dharamshala.

00:33 The police swept into action immediately after getting the information and painted the wall

00:38 to remove the slogan and said that they were investigating the matter.

00:43 Similar graffiti was found on the outer walls of the Vidhan Sava complex in Dharamshala a

00:55 The Kangra police had later arrested two youths from Murinda in Ropar district of Punjab for
