Parliament votes in favor of joining international criminal court

The Armenian parliament has voted to join the ICC, which earlier this year accused Russian president Vladimir Putin of war crimes for the deportation of children from Ukraine. The Russian president's spokesman therefore declared that the parliament's decision was wrong and not right from the point of view of bilateral relations. teleSUR
