Grimes Files Lawsuit Against Elon Musk , Over Parental Rights.
Grimes and Elon Musk have three children
together, X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl and
Tau Techno Mechanicus Musk.
On Sept. 29, the singer sued Musk in order to "establish parental relationship," 'Pitchfork' reports.
The suit comes weeks after Grimes
responded to a photo that Walter Isaacson,
Musk's biographer, posted on X.
The photo showed Musk sitting with Neuralink director Shivon Zilis and the twins they quietly
had together in November 2021.
In a since-deleted post, Grimes said,
"Tell Shivon to unblock me and tell Elon to let me see my son or plz respond to my lawyer.".
I have never even been allowed to see a photo of these children until this moment, despite the situation utterly ripping my family apart, Grimes, via X.
Later, Grimes said she finally "spoke with Shivon
at length" and the two were no longer fighting.
