Royal commentator Camilla Tominey notes how the Duchess, 39, has taken on more duties and patronages, while speaking out on powerful issues such as child development in the early years and addiction. Ms Tominey suggested Kate has become a power player because of her her role as wife of a future King and mother of a future King.
