The monarch, who has had a lighter schedule recently and asked Princess Anne to take over most award ceremonies, was seen in London last week. She enjoyed a secret trip to London from Windsor, according to a report from Fabulous. Bystanders said they were surprised to see HM walking without a cane, as she had done in October when attending a Service of Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey.
