Taipei French Pastry Chef Recognized for Excellence

French Chef Cyrille Courant and his wife Sabine have called Taiwan home for the past 13 years. In that time, they have opened and run two dessert shops offering French pastries in Taipei. Chef Courant was recently recognized by a prestigious organization for his excellence in desserts.
