Sadiq Khan has spoken out against the government for considering to alter plans over the fate of HS2, saying that it is the Conservatives that have enabled costs to spiral out of control.
The Mayor of London said that it is vitally important that “we hold this government's feet to the fire in relation to the importance of high speed to the importance to jobs, to businesses, to investment.”
