Hilarious Moment Angry New York Jets Fan' Teeth Fall Out as He Fumes at Struggling NFL Team

Trailing the New England Patriots 10-3 at half-time was too much to take for one New York Jets fan, who raged at one player in particular - and lost their teeth in the process.

A New York Jets fan was so furious during their defeat to the New England Patriots that his teeth fell out.

NFL strugglers the Jets suffered a second loss in their opening three games of the new season on home turf on Sunday (September 24), with the Patriots bouncing back from successive defeats to claim a 15-10 victory. It was the 15th time in a row the Pats beat their AFC East rivals.

In the absence of the injured Aaron Rodgers, replacement quarterback Zach Wilson failed to step up. He'd thrown for only 29 yards on 5-of-10 passing and had been sacked twice with his side trailing 10-3 at the halfway stage.

His lackluster performance saw one supporter in the stands going apoplectic - and as he made his feelings clear by shouting in Wilson's direction, his dentures came loose in his mouth.

The moment was caught by CBS Sports' cameras as he pushed them back in, with commentator Tony Romo joking: "You can see the frustration, you know you're frustrated when your teeth come out!"

Rodgers suffered an Achilles injury on his Jets debut against the Buffalo Bills earlier this month and is expected to be sidelined for the remainder of the season after undergoing surgery.

Speaking about when, and potentially if, he could return on The Pat McAfee Show on Friday, the 39-year-old said: "I don’t want to get caught in the timeline.

"I just want to get healthy, honestly - mentally and physically. But I’m going to do everything I can rehab-wise to put myself in a position to be ready to play football again at some point. That’s the goal.

“I mean when this happened, there’s a lot of thoughts about, like, is that it? Cash it in, you’re done? I just don’t feel like I am. So, I’m going to put myself in a position to be able to play again and then see when that is."
