Darwin's first ever kite festival brings colour to the sky

Darwin's skies came have come alive with residents flocking to the shores of Cullen Bay to celebrate its first ever kite festival. While it was the monster 30-metre kites that wow'ed onlookers, organisers say they were more amazed by the bumper crowds.
