Danny Masterson's Wife Files for Divorce

00:06 It comes less than two weeks after the actor was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.

00:14 Her attorney telling us this period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the

00:20 The couple who share 9-year-old daughter Fianna tied the knot in 2011.

00:24 Her lawyer says Bijou thinks Danny is a wonderful father to their child and according to court

00:29 docs she signed off on their daughter visiting him behind bars.

00:37 There is a period of time prior to the 30 years that Mr. Masterson may be eligible for

00:43 parole.

00:45 Also in the docs Bijou cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and

00:50 she asked for spousal support and additional money for attorneys along with a request to

00:55 drop Masterson from her legal name.

00:57 I have to say that I'm extremely proud of the named victims in this case for coming

01:04 I was so happy to see them in court when they were able to get up there, give their impact

01:10 statements and have their voices be heard.

01:15 That's Bijou leaving Danny's sentencing where we're told she was visibly upset when the

01:20 actor learned his fate.

01:21 It came three months after a source says Bijou cried out in the courtroom after a jury found

01:26 Danny guilty on two counts of forcible rape.

01:29 And though we have great respect for the jury and for our system of justice, sometimes they

01:30 get it wrong and that's what happened here.
