00:23 where sources said she appeared tipsy.
00:25 While it's unclear what exactly she was drinking,
00:28 eyewitnesses stated that she was quote, "loud
00:30 "and boisterous through the night,
00:31 "with her arms flailing in the air."
00:33 In addition to her questionable behavior,
00:35 Shannon was also reportedly complaining
00:37 about fellow Real Housewives of Orange County alum,
00:39 Alexis Molino, who also happened to be present

00:46 Alexis told TMZ quote, "It greatly saddens me
