YouTube says it blocked British comedian Russell Brand from making money from his online channel after being accused of a string of sexual assaults.

00:28 including a rape, between 2006 and 2013.

00:33 an allegation of sexual assault dating back to 2003.

00:41 The BBC also says it removed some shows featuring Brand
