00:18 Tell me a little bit about your preparation, obviously you got your PB today mate.

00:23 You must be thrilled with leading in what you were able to do and obviously produce

00:30 I've been training for a lot of 5k sort of stuff for the at season, so doing a lot of

00:34 speed work, but then I suppose in the month leading up to this I tried to increase my

00:39 workload a little bit, try and get some longer runs in.

00:42 Yeah, how long have you been at the long distance game?

00:45 Has it been something you've worked on for a long time?

00:48 Probably in particular the last three years since COVID probably.

00:52 Yeah, so COVID was kind of the reason you took it up?

00:55 Probably motivated me to get outdoors a bit more, away from the computer, doing uni and
