Polyfax eye ointment is used for the treatment and prevention of bacterial eye infections. It is an antibiotic composed of Polymyxin B Sulphate and Bacitracin Zinc.

How to use Polyfax Eye Ointment 6g?

Wash and dry your hands
Open the cap of the tube
Tilt your head back and hold the tube of the Polyfax eye ointment above your affected eye
Using the index finger of your other hand pull down your lower eyelid to form a pocket
Squeeze the tube to apply a thin layer of eye ointment inside the pocket of your lower eyelid
To spread the medication, close the eye and roll the eyeball in all directions
Repeat these steps for your other eye if it is also affected
Do not let the tube touch your eye, eyelid, or eyelashes
Use it once or twice a day as directed by your physician
Keep using the ointment for the full time prescribed even if your condition improves
