Restraining order imposed on former Spanish football federation president after kissing player

Former Spanish football federation president Luis Rubiales received a restraining order after kissing Jenni Hermoso at the Women's FIFA World Cup.

00:06 now made its way to Spain's top criminal court.

00:09 A judge has issued a restraining order forbidding former Spanish football president Luis Rubiales

00:14 from approaching or contacting player Genia Mozo in any way.

00:19 The disgraced former football boss attended court in Madrid to testify in the criminal

00:23 investigation into whether his kiss during presentations at the World Cup final constitutes

00:29 sexual assault.

00:31 Rubiales told the judge the kiss was consensual and denied assaulting or coercing Mozo in

00:36 any way.

00:37 Mozo and her legal team insist she did not consent to the kiss.

00:44 We continue to maintain that it was a non-consensual kiss, which is what has been said from the
