CJI DY Chandrachud on Appointment of Judges: चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (Chief Justice of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) ने जजों (Judges) की नियुक्ति (Appointment of Judges) के संबंध में एक बड़ी बात बताई है। सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI DY Chandrachud) ने बताया कि देश में जजों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया (Judges Appointment Process) में बहुत जल्द एक बड़ा बदलाव लाया जाने वाला है। ये वो बदलाव होगा जो पुराने नियुक्ति के पुराने तौर-तरीकों में परिवर्तन लाएगा, साथ ही इससे जुड़ी बहुत से लोगों को शिकायतों को भी दूर करेगा। दरअसल एक कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) ने कहा, कि देश में न्यायाधीशों (Judge) की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया को पहले से और भी ज़्यादा पारदर्शी बनाई जाएगी। उन्होंने ये जानकारी सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) और देश के सभी हाई कोर्टों (High Courts) के संदर्भ में दी है। चीफ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट और सभी हाई कोर्ट्स में न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति के लिए ऑब्जेक्टिव क्राइटीरिया या वस्तुनिष्ठ मानदंड तय किए जाएंगे। चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud) ने बताया कि इस दिशा में काम शुरु भी किया जा चुका है। जो बहुत जल्द लागू भी कर दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि ये कब से लागू किया जाएगा इसकी जानकारा जल्दी ही साझा की जाएगी। चीफ जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ (Chief Justice Chandrachud) ने न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया (Appointment Process of Judges) में होने वाले कुछ बदलावों को लेकर कहा, कि सेंटर फॉर प्लानिंग एंड रिसर्च (Center for Planning and Research) ने एक बहुत बड़े स्तर पर, देश के ऐसे सभी शीर्ष न्यायाधीशों का आकलन करना शुरु कर दिया है। (CJI) (CJI DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud Statement) (Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Of India DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud)
