King meets well-wishers at highest village in highlands
  • 7 months ago
The King met schoolchildren and chatted in French to some well-wishers as he visited the highest village in highlands of Scotland. Charles visited Tomintoul in the Cairngorms National Park and was welcomed by primary school children and community stalwarts. During a walkabout at the village green, a woman asked the King “what do you think of my nails”, after inspecting her fingers, the King replied, “my goodness, how long did it take you to do those?” Report by Blairm.
