Rice retailer vows to enforce price cap

Analisa Fabregas, a rice retailer at Toril Public Market in Davao City, receives P15,000 rice subsidy under the Sustainable Livelihood Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Davao Region on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023.
