There was no dull moment when a group of uber-competitive young ladies challenged their head coach to a game of 'Wrecking Ball!'
"This was at our annual competitive team camp," the filmer, Erin Mauk, told WooGlobe. "Our head coach – the one swinging the ball in this video – found this game on the Internet and we had to play it."
The rules of the game stated that the girls had to run in, carefully grab a cone, and bring it back to their team, all the while making sure they weren't struck by the unstoppable wrecking ball.
"Our leotards are made by Destira Leotards," the filmer added.
