One hundred sixty-two (162) persons with mobility impairment and senior citizens received wheelchairs from the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) and Rotary Club of Manila 101 in partnership with Wheelchair Foundation at PRC headquarters in Mandaluyong City on Saturday, Sept. 9.
