Police rule out terrorism after deadly incident in Melbourne’s CBD

Police have ruled out terrorism as a motive for a horrifying incident in Melbourne's CBD, that's claimed the life of a driver and left five others in hospital. They say the man who drove his car along Bourke Street's tramlines, careering into pedestrians and cars is not yet mentally well enough to be interviewed by homicide detectives.
