Trans YouTuber Gigi Gorgeous Comes Out As Lesbian

Gigi Gorgeous is already known in the YouTube community for vlogging about being transgender, but now she's also come out as a lesbian.

00:05 So Gigi Gorgeous is already known as being one of the most preeminent trans voices on YouTube, and also for perpetually slaying the game,

00:16 She posted an eight-minute video yesterday where she talked about falling in love with a woman and coming out as, surprise surprise, a lesbian.

00:22 "It's been killing me inside every single day, and I'm so happy

00:26 I'm finally sitting down and talking to you guys and letting you guys know that from this point forward, I am a lesbian."

00:31 Previously during her career, she has come out as a gay man and as a trans woman,

00:37 which I'm sure has some people on social media perplexed, but let me just break something down for you.

00:41 So there is a difference between a person's sexual orientation and their gender identity.

00:45 Sexual orientation deals with who you love and who you want to sleep with.

00:49 Gender identity means, like, how you identify gender-wise.

00:53 So yes, it is possible for someone to identify as trans and also gay or lesbian. In her video,

00:59 she also talks about how limiting labels can be and how people can change over time, which is totally true.
