Taiwan's President Tsai Ing-wen has wrapped up her second state visit to the small African nation of Eswatini. The country is governed as an absolute monarchy and recently crushed demonstrations calling for more democracy. But despite Taiwan promoting itself as a champion of democracy and human rights, Tsai was silent on the topic during the visit.
