00:05 When it is threatened by a danger or attracted by food,

00:14 Jake Socha came to Singapore to capture some of these flying birds.

00:25 He studies animal biomechanics and tries to find out how these reptiles manage to defy gravity.

00:32 Here you have an animal that's shaped like a cylinder, that's able to move in the air.

00:38 I'm just fascinated with how it works.

00:45 If it's already difficult to catch a snake that's crawling, what about a snake that's flying?
