LAUKI AND CHANAY KI DAAL WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Gram lentil boiled 200 gm
Bottle gourd (cut in 2-inch cubes) 200 gm
Whole big green chilies 4
Allspice powder ½ tsp
Tomatoes finely chopped 2
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Onion sliced 1
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Curry leaves 15
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

METHOD :
Heat oil, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, and sliced onion, and fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric, and chopped tomatoes, fry well, add chopped bottle gourd with ½ cup water, cover and cook till done, add boiled gram lentil, green chilies, cumin crushed, allspice, coriander leaves, leave it on dum for 10 mins.
