Taiwanese sculptor Lai Tang-ya has found a more sustainable way to practice his craft, by digging his materials out of the country's reservoirs. Lai and his wife have turned their traditional courtyard house in the Miaoli countryside into a home-museum, where he showcases his silt sculptures and she sells locally made vinegar drinks.
