00:00 Yeah, it's a good question.
00:04 The good thing is we've got a good balance of veterans
00:06 who have been through the fire.
00:09 And so there's in the locker room,
00:11 and young guys talking to veterans, seeking guidance.
00:13 And there's coaches, obviously, on the staff
00:15 who've been through the fire.
00:17 So it's handling expectations and all that.
00:20 I think when you get to this level,
00:22 your whole life is about handling expectations.
00:25 These kids are-- a guy like Garrett Wilson,
00:29 who's been the star receiver his whole life,
00:31 or Sauce, who's been the star corner,
00:33 and obviously has Cincinnati, and being a top 10 pick,
00:37 they live in expectations.
00:38 But I think what is cool about this group
00:42 is that we're able to focus--
00:43 they're able to focus on the moment.
00:45 And they're so intrinsically motivated
00:47 that I don't think outside noise really bothers them.
00:49 It's because they're trying to be the best they can.
00:51 They don't feel like they've proven anything.
00:53 They're just trying to prove something every single day.
00:57 It's a really, really cool group of guys.
