00:00 I'm joined by a Koroit netballer Scarlett O'Donnell fresh from winning the 17 and under HFNL Best and Fairest.

00:06 Must be happy with that Scarlett.

00:08 Yeah it's a real honour to win such an award and yeah really happy.

00:12 I guess it hasn't really sunk in at the moment but yeah really really honoured.

00:16 Did you come in knowing you might be a chance?

00:18 I knew it would be a really close contest.

00:22 Yeah amazing talent in the 17s and yeah just lucky to come away with it.

00:29 And you've juggled 17s and Opens commitments this year.

00:32 You've played most of the Opens games haven't you?

00:34 Yeah most weeks so double up on games which has been quite a challenge.

00:39 But everyone at Koroit is so supportive and yeah got us through the season so it's good.

00:44 And to stay in a side that's still in finals, finished third, you must be playing alright.

00:49 You must be happy with how you're going in the Opens?

00:51 Yeah definitely.

00:52 Kate and Kerry have done so much work with me to get me where I am.

00:56 Giving me the opportunity to play has been amazing and it's definitely developed my 17s game.

01:02 And you've got two finals coming up this weekend for both those age groups is that right?

01:06 Yeah.

01:07 Looking forward to them?

01:08 Yeah really looking forward to it.

01:09 17s we have the chance to go into the Grand Final which is really exciting.

01:14 That'll be a good game and seeing as it's a bit of a do or die match.

01:18 But yeah hopefully we can come away with the win.

01:21 I know the girls are really pumped for it so yeah it's good.

01:24 And this caps off a pretty good year for you.

01:26 You've played well in cricket down for Geelong.

01:28 Then you were named best on ground in the WV FFL Under-18s Grand Final.

01:33 Do you have a favourite?

01:35 You seem to be good at every sport you play.

01:37 I seem to get this question a lot but yeah I'm nipple at the moment.

01:43 I've played it longer but yeah footy is a lot of fun and see where it all takes.

01:48 But yeah.
