Balaram Jayanti 2023 सनातन शास्त्रों में निहित है कि भाद्रपद माह के कृष्ण पक्ष की षष्ठी को बलराम का जन्म हुआ है। अतः इस दिन बलराम जयंती मनाई जाती है। जगत के पालनहार भगवान श्रीकृष्ण के अग्रज भाई बलराम को बलदाऊजी भी कहा जाता है। इस दिन विधि विधान से कृष्ण कन्हैया संग बलराम जी की पूजा करने से साधक को मनोवांछित फलों की प्राप्ति होती है।
