00:00 (crowd chattering)
00:02 - Yeah, no, I'm feeling good.
00:14 As I said, it's quite an emotional day today.
00:16 It's my final race in London.
00:18 I've taken part in the Mini Marathon,
00:23 London Marathon, the Big Half a few times.
00:25 So it's hard to think that there's never a race in back
00:29 and everything must come to an end at some point.
00:31 But today was, I really enjoyed the crowd behind me.
00:35 And obviously the race, I would love to give it more than
00:37 what I showed today, but unfortunately
00:42 it wasn't good as well the last couple of days.
00:45 And last night was a tough decision,
00:48 whether I was going to fall out or not.
00:50 And I decided I was just going to run
00:52 because I didn't want to let people down.
00:54 And it's my final race.
00:56 We can't take anything away from Jack, bro.
00:58 He did amazingly well today.
01:00 Run a personal best.
01:01 He's been out training front and remote.
01:04 I knew he deserved the race and again,
01:06 I'm in second and third, my training partner,
01:10 Andy Butchard and myself fourth.
01:11 (upbeat music)
01:26 (announcers cheering)
01:29 (announcers cheering)
01:32 (announcers cheering)
01:35 choreographed Grand Finches.
